VACANCY: Territory Sales Advisor with Swedish (Exxonmobil)

Join the New Sales Hub in Prague supporting ExxonMobil’s lubricants business in Europe. We own world-class brands like our famous Mobil1 and maintain business relations via authorized distributors, direct accounts and strategic global accounts including Original Equipment Manufacturers across automotive and industrial sectors.

  • You will be the owner of a portfolio of direct accounts and accountable for their performance
  • You will master  ExxonMobil sales processes, brands, products and techniques to offer solutions to customers to drive profitable growth and maximize portfolio revenues
  • Develop clear priorities and programs with internal and external partners to establish:
    • Develop and demonstrate a working knowledge of the sales pipeline process and apply consultative and benefit selling skills
    • Key interface with Marketing, Customer Service, Technical and Operations and coordinating resources in line with external partner priorities
    • Insights into market conditions, competitor activities and emerging opportunities
    • Communication and techniques to building positive business relationships with customers


  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Excellent knowledge of Sales Force and Sales Pipeline
  • Fluency (Written and spoken) in English and Swedish 
  • Analytic, strategic and tactical mind-set
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
