On the occasion of the Czech publication of the novel Dreamdeath (Unelmakuolema), the Scandinavian House is organising a literary night dedicated to the great Finnish writer Leena Krohn.
The translator of the book, Ema C. Stašová, together with the host Jitka Hanušová will reveal interesting and fun facts from the translator’s point of view and offer different ways of reading this ambitious satirical-dystopian novel. We will listen to songs that play an important role in the text and literary excerpts from the novel.
The event will take place on 26 May 2022 at 6.00 pm.
