Come and celebrate the Swedish Midsommar with us!
We will meet in Lužánky Park to dance traditional dances, decorate the maypole, make head wreaths, eat and drink well, listen to the songs performed by Chamber choir SIST or enjoy playing typical Scandinavian games (kubb, mölkky) under guidance of experienced instructors. The evening part of the programme in Café Trojka (from 19:00) consists of performances of groups that will teach us dances connected with the arrival of Summer in Scandinavia and of a concert (artists TBA).

This event is organised by the Brno branch of the Scandinavian House together with students and alumni of the Scandinavian studies of Masaryk University. The project is realised with financial support provided by the city of Brno.
