Act as first point of contact for employees helping them on the phone, chat and via email with any HR related questions they might have
Handle and resolve employees inquiries as per internal company HR procedures
Use ticketing systems appropriately, with a focus on data integrity to ensure accurate reporting and compliance to data protection legislation
Be responsible for the HR tickets allocation
Manage the HR tickets queue and ensure all HR tickets are resolved within agreed service levels.
Execute daily reporting and providing inputs for further data analysis
Assess and resolve non standard and standard issues or problems. Seek advice and escalate issues when faced with tasks problems outside the scope of the work
Cooperate with other service delivery teams closely
You enjoy communicating and you are fluent in Danish
You have excellent customer service skills
You have experience in service delivery or call contact center is a benefit
You have a process mindset
You are flexible and adaptable to learn new processes
You have ability to analyze and solve complex issues
You are active team player
You have strong computer skills ability to learn and use efficiently various systems
You are proactive in taking initiative and actively think about improvements
