The exhibition Fortuna – to be honest, it moves is about believing in your dreams and giving happiness a chance.
Nobody wanted to believe what Galileo Galilei said about the world: „To be honest, it moves.“ In everyday life we struggle with our hopes and fears. Our dreams can lose balance or change, but they never fade away. The ultimate fortune is to exist. It is enough.
The exhibition involves digitally collected photo paintings which are printed on canvas.
The paintings are for sale.
31st March, 6pm, Café Nordica, Zlatnická 10, Prague 1.
Until 31st May 2010.
Entrance: voluntary contributions.

Anam Cara is Gaelic and means Soul Friend, a beautiful undestanding of love and friendship. The Celts believed that Anam Cara is a friend with whom you could share your innermost self, your mind and your heart.
From 3rd to 30th April at D.I.V.O Institute (Na Petříně 232/24, Kolín).

Exhibition Take Nord Shape
Take Nord Shape, an exhibition of Nordic design and architecture, will take place 5-28 March at the Jaroslav Fragener Gallery in Prague. It will present works by Sami Rintala and Dagur Eggertson from the Norwegian studio Rintala Eggertsson Architects and by Samuli Naamanka from Finland.

Finnish band Monday is coming to the Czech Republic
The popular Finnish band Monday (founded in 2004, known from the Finnish Eurovision) is going to the Czech Republic with its concert series!

The band consists of: Tuomas (frontman, text writer, guitar), Salla Lehtinen (singer), Pete Eskola (keyboard), Jussi Savola (bass guitar) and Henrik Mannio (percussion).
They will be supported by the Czech gothic-rock band Calathea.
